Merry Christmas! + Updates + Gokusen SP

Hi everyone! I hope everyone is having a safe Christmas biggrin

A few things have been added/updated these past couple of weeks; a few magazine scans and the Ousama no Buranchi video. Also, as we all know, BLOODY MONDAY has ended this past Saturday, December 20th, 2008. The 2nd DVD-BOX for BLOODY MONDAY is available to purchase from the TBS ishop for now.

A new "Blog" addition has been added to the harumacchi! navigation. In this section, you can find up-to-date/back entries of Haruma's blogs from his official site and from his tea blog.

According to Gokusen's official website, a Gokusen SP will be airing sometime in March 2009. Can't wait to see more Haruma madness :D

Miura Haruma ranked #8 in most wanted lover

Miura Haruma made it to the top 10 in the "male wanted as a lover" ranking smile

Oricon has published the results of its annual survey that asks, "Which celebrity would you want as your lover?" This year, Masaharu Fukuyama topped the male list for the third time in a row, while actress Aya Ueto led the female list.

Among the men, Takuya Kimura moved up to #2, while Hiroshi Tamaki remained at #3. The rest of the list was very different from last year's, as it consisted of Sho Sakurai, Teppei Koike, Koichi Domoto, Yusuke Kamiji, Haruma Miura, Shun Oguri, and Takeru Sato. Of those, only Domoto was in the top ten last year.

On the female list, Masami Nagasawa repeated her ranking at #2, followed by Haruka Ayase (up one spot) and Yui Aragaki (last year's #1). Erika Toda was new to the list at #5. The bottom half of the top ten were Saki Aibu, Maki Horikita, Aoi Miyazaki, Keiko Kitagawa, and Ai Otsuka.

Haruma takes to the stage

Popular teen actor Haruma Miura will be taking on his first stage production next year. He has been cast as the star of "Hoshi no Daichi ni Furu Namida," produced by the theatrical group Chikyu Gorgeous. The play is written and directed by Goro Kishitani, who established the Chikyu Gorgeous group along with Yasufumi Terawaki.

The play is a historical fantasy set during a time of great war. Miura plays a young man who loses the memory of his defeat in battle and is washed ashore on a remote island. There, he is taken in by a woman (Yoshino Kimura) until he recovers his memory.

"Hoshi no Daichi" will be performed in Tokyo at the Akasaka ACT Theater from June 20 to July 26.

Act Against AIDS, BLOODY MONDAY DVD

A charity live event for Act Against AIDS was held on December 1, 2008 at the Nippon Budokan Hall. Miura Haruma and Sato Takeru and other actors/artists joined and formed into groups and sang. All together, there were 22 songs performed with about 8,500 participants.
